Affiliate marketing is promoting other peoples products or services. Affiliate marketing is not a job where you’re working for a company but you’re working for yourself so you get a lot of freedom so you can pick your location and work when it suits you.

I would recommend picking a product or service that you believe in & where you have a lot of knowledge in that field. This will help you promote your product or service especially if you have tried it yourself.
