There are recent studies that are showing something called ‘Second-Hand Stress’. This means people are getting stressed out because the peeps they’re around are stressed out. What I’ve found online is that if you associate yourself with people that are doing really well, the folks that are making a lot of money online and who are happy? You’re much more likely to get good results.
How do you get around these people? You can start:
- Buying their products, take action and become their star student
- Telling them about your amazing results
- Interviewing them for a project
- Investing in higher coaching from them
- Going to live events they’ll be at
- Doing whatever it takes to hang around these people
However, a big problem I see is that people hang around other people at their level or even worse below them. They are on the forums and groups hanging around the lazy, jaded, mad at the world newbies who can’t even get out of bed without help much less apply something that will change their life for the better. But they have no problem spending 8 hours a day trying to help you out by warning you about a scheme that doesn’t work or trying to teach something they read in some cheesy book. It’s ra….donk…u…lous.
My message today is to be very weary of this stuff. Yes stress rubs off on us, as does bad habits, negative attitudes, complacency and success does too. The choice is yours my friend.
